At adventure forest.

16.10.19. On a sunny Saturday me and my two Aunts and Uncle went to Whangarei to Adventure forest. We were riding zip lines and crossing wooden bridges. First I went to the wooden bridge. I was walking on it and then there was a rope spider web. I walked on that one. When I made it we had to go down a zipping line and that took us to the bottom so I went down. Then I went to a different one and there was only ziplines so I went on it. We had to go up a ladder. It was a big one. When we got to the top there were long stairs. We started to walk up them. When we got there we hopped on the zipline. My Aunty went half way back. She had to pull herself back up it took long. When she got back up it was closing so we finished it.

Father's Day.

I used Google Draw to design and create a small Father's Day photo for a keyring gift for my dad. I also wrote a poem or letter to my dad.

AT flip out.

WALT use interesting words for Recount writing.

In the holidays, me and my little brother and my
mum went to Flip Out.

First we went to the bouncy trampoline. We jumped on it.
It made us go high.
It was fun. Then my little brother went to the hoop one.
He said, “I'm going to come here after.”
Next I went to the hoop one and I got the ball and shot the ball.
I got it in.
I went to ask my brother if he wanted a turn and he did.
So he shot the ball and he missed it but he kept trying and
he got it.

After that me and my little brother went to dodge ball.
He didn’t want to go and I didn't either, so we went back to
the other one and started to jump on it.
We had one hour left but we kept jumping until one hour
was gone. I got tired and my little brother got tired too so
me and my little brother asked my mum if we could have an
ice block. 

She said, “Yes you can.” So me and my little brother went
to get an ice block. I got the strawberry one and he got one too.
When he ate it, he wasn’t tired.
He went on the trampoline and started jumping but when
I came he went to the hoop one. He got the ball and shot
it in the hoop. 

He was as happy as a clown.
Our one hour was gone but my brother wanted to stay.
My mum said, “Come on, we have to go.”
My brother said, “Ok.” Then we went back home.
I had an amazing day.
